Coffey Analysis recently completed software automation of the Functional Proteome Fractionation™ for Serenex.  The system includes multiple stages of liquid handling, protein purification, and protein identification, integrating a number of laboratory instruments from different vendors. All information available from a custom point-and-click interface.
